Our Heat & Eat Meals are currently available on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursdays ONLY. Orders place by 10:00 a.m. will be made available for same day. Orders after 10:00 a.m. will be prepared the next Heat & Eat day. Delivery times are between 2:00pm - 5:00pm and our pick up times are between 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm.

We will deliver to Middletown, Odessa, & Townsend on Tuesday & Thursdays. We will deliver to the Chaddsford & local PA areas on Wednesdays. Please note the extended delivery fee and order minimums.

Please note that we have implemented delivery fees by distance as well as order minimums for delivery. The delivery fees will be automatically calculated for you at checkout.
Pick Up from our location at 913 Brandywine Blvd. Wilmington DE is Free.
Local Delivery- Up to 10 miles- Free *Order Minimum of $35
Standard Delivery- 10-15 miles- $8 *Order Minimum of $40
Expanded Delivery- 15-25 miles- $15 *Order Minimum of $45
Extended Delivery- 26-32 miles- $18 *Order Minimum of $55

*we do reserve the right to adjust delivery days for our Extended & Expanded Delivery customers due to business needs.

Our Monthly Subscription Members will receive FREE DELIVERY with their subscriptions!

Our Individual Meals are pre-portioned and fresh. Ready to pop into the microwave, or into a sauté pan and enjoy! Most of our meals are freezer friendly! Pop a few in the freezer to save for later in the week!

Many corporate clients are ordering these meals for the few administrators and managers who are still working in the office.
